Breast Star, 97 mm, silver gilt with brilliant cut rays, Egyptian hallmarks and maker's mark, multiparts construction, superimposed parts silver gilt, enameled, reverse with vertical tapered pin and two side hooks, in case of issue by "Lattes, Cairo", with gilt weapon on the lid. A superb set of high jeweler's quality! I
